Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your FleetAsset360 account and the personal data that goes with it at any time.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (email, name, password)
• Your membership of your organisation and your sessions on every device
• If you are the organisation's only administrator and ask for it: the organisation and all of its records

What may be kept

Invoices and payment records we must keep by law, for as long as the law requires. Actions you took inside your organisation stay in its audit log under your name unless the organisation is deleted too.

How long it takes

We confirm by email within 2 working days and delete within 30 days. A member of an organisation can also be removed straight away by that organisation's administrator (API & Access, then Team).
